Before I fell in love with photographing your love, I worked as a graphic designer at an architecture firm. I spent my days learning about how buildings, interior spaces, colors, and lighting evoke different emotions.
When I became a full-time wedding photographer, I took these skills with me. My editorial approach incorporates the beauty of the scene around you into the shot, enhancing the romance of your story.
Elise and Matt’s Wilbur Mansion wedding was a colorful summer celebration filled with personality, meaningful traditions, and the historic charm of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Located in Southside Bethlehem just across the Hill-to-Hill Bridge, Wilbur Mansion offers a unique setting for couples who want their wedding day to feel connected to the Lehigh Valley. With views of the Bethlehem SteelStacks nearby and a beautifully restored historic mansion, the venue blends local character with timeless architecture.
Elise and Matt’s vibrant summer color palette and florals tied beautifully into their love story and the overall feeling they wanted for the day. Every detail felt intentional, from the colorful design choices to the meaningful traditions they incorporated throughout the celebration.
The couple also included Estonian traditions during their reception, including the Tuljak dance. These personal moments made the day feel like a true reflection of their story and the cultures that shaped them.
One of my favorite things about photographing at Wilbur Mansion is the variety throughout the property. From the historic interiors to the architectural details and surrounding Bethlehem views, the venue creates so many opportunities for portraits without needing to leave the property.
For couples searching for PA mansion wedding venues, Wilbur Mansion offers something special. The historic setting, beautiful architecture, and connection to Bethlehem create a backdrop that feels both personal and unique.
As a Pennsylvania wedding photographer, I love documenting celebrations that feel intentional. Whether it is a meaningful tradition, a sentimental location, or the small details that represent a couple, those moments are what make each wedding unique.
